This page is intended to satisfy public documentation requirements for Google Cloud Console / OAuth verification for Scor.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Scor ("the Service"), operated by Scor, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Scor provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed for tracking, lead scoring, and marketing automation. The Service includes, but is not limited to, data integration with third-party platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Cloud.

3. User Accounts and Security

To use certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Use of Google API Services

Our Service integrates with Google APIs to facilitate tracking and lead scoring. Your use of the Service is also subject to the Google APIs Terms of Service. You agree not to misuse Google API data or use it in a way that violates Google’s policies.

Some features of Scor require a paid subscription. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. We reserve the right to change our fees upon 30 days' notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Scor (including but not limited to software, code, and logos) are the exclusive property of Scor and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits or data.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
