Scor is a SaaS platform for tracking, lead scoring, and automation. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Scor’s use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

- Contact data: e.g., name, email, phone, and form responses submitted by leads.
- Navigation / usage data: e.g., pages visited, timestamps, device information, campaign parameters (UTMs), and related event metadata used for lead scoring and analytics.
- Account & tenant data: workspace/account identifiers to support multi-tenant isolation and access control.
2. How We Use Data
- Provide core SaaS functionality (tracking, dashboards, lead scoring, alerts, automation).
- Maintain security, prevent fraud/abuse, and operate the service reliably.
- Support and troubleshoot issues when you contact us.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data to third parties. We only share data with service providers strictly necessary to run Scor (e.g., infrastructure, analytics, email delivery), and only under agreements that protect confidentiality and security.
4. Data Retention
We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service and comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion subject to applicable laws and contractual requirements.
