Data Deletion Instructions
At Scor, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your data from our platform, you can do so by following the instructions below.
How to Request Data Deletion
Option 1: Email Request
Send an email to our support team with your data deletion request:

- Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
- Your account email: The email address you used to sign up for Scor.
- Description: Specify whether you want to delete all data or specific data associated with your account.
Option 2: In-App Account Deletion
If you are logged into your Scor account, you can request data deletion from within the application:
- Log in to your Scor account at scor-app.com.
- Navigate to Settings from the sidebar menu.
- Scroll to the Account section.
- Click "Delete Account" and follow the confirmation prompts.
What Data Gets Deleted
When we process your data deletion request, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Profile information — name, email address, and account settings.
- Connected integrations — Meta (Facebook) tokens, Google tokens, and any other third-party access tokens stored on your behalf.
- Workspace data — leads, ad metrics, campaign data, and analytics associated with your workspaces.
- Usage data — activity logs, navigation data, and event metadata.
If you signed up or logged in using Facebook, you can also remove Scor's access to your data by visiting your Facebook App Settings and removing Scor Quality Leads from your connected apps. After removing the app, you can send us an email to confirm complete data deletion from our servers.
Processing Time
Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
Data deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Please make sure to export any data you wish to keep before submitting a deletion request.
Data Retention Exceptions
In certain cases, we may retain limited data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including:
- Records required for legal, tax, or regulatory compliance.
- Data necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements.
- Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot be used to identify you.
